Lightscape at the San Diego Botanic Garden hosted 100,000 people.  Outboxed Solutions was hired to take care of all event management solutions including staffing, parking, portable restrooms and security and oversaw all evening activities.

Outboxed Solutions has supported the Coronado Historical Association through multiple member and donor events.  From creating engaging printed materials to collaborating with venues for on site success.  The Coronado Historical Association values the strong relationship that Outboxed has formed with its board and membership.

Engaging with families and youth and connecting with nature were part of the key components when I served as the Director of Education at Lincoln Park Zoo organizing events for youth, families and adults.

Outboxed Solutions has been planning the California Association of Museums conference for many years taking care of all vendor requests and site sourcing.  From the initial RFP to transportation, entertainment, audio visual, food and beverage and room setups, Outboxed Solutions ensures a smooth conference experience for all attendees.

As a volunteer event planner we have planned their annual meetings and retreats for this small nonprofit social organization.
